After another GANZ GANZ GROßARTIGE Intercompany winter sports trip in March, we are of course going on the Intercompany Winter Sports trip again next year. With 90 colleagues, we will be going to Saalbach Hinterglemm from Saturday 15th to Wednesday 19th March 2025 to enjoy the snow, the mountains, (hopefully) the sun and of course the best après-ski in Austria together with young professionals from other companies! Oh, and don't forget the Kaiserschmarren, Wienerschnitzel and Flying Hirsch! You don't want to miss this!

Do you want to join us on this unforgettable winter sports trip? Then read the message below carefully, as it explains the registration process. A little tip: put the dates in your calendar 😉

1. Make your registration final by making a deposit - 30th September latest full = full

You will have until September 29th to make your registration final by making a deposit of €249. No stress: you still have a month to save up. You will hear how this registration process works when you are selected. You will also receive more information about booking ski and snowboard lessons and equipment. You can already find an overview of the costs at the bottom of the event page. The period untill September 29th is also the time to change your mind and let us know, so we can make someone else happy with your spot! 

2. In summary, what can you expect from this winter sports trip?

So, we are going with 90 colleagues for 4 nights to the beautiful Saalbach-Hinterglemm where we will stay in a **** hotel near the slopes, including breakfast and a luxury spa with sauna!

Are you the one who goes up with the first lift in the morning to explore the 350 km of slopes, have you never been on skis or in a ski lift, or do you just want to enjoy the sun on a terrace? There is room for everyone on this winter sports trip! For three (or four) days, you can ski, snowboard, cross-country ski, toboggan, hike - something for everyone - and every day is of course ended in style with the best après-ski in Austria! In short, everything is possible in the true 'Skibiza' of the Alps!

3. How much does this fantastic trip actually cost?

Frühstuk offers two different packages, see the cost overview below. This package includes your hotel stay, breakfast and ski pass (if applicable). Additional costs for the company night, food and drinks there, and transportation to and from there are not included. As you can see in the cost overview, Frühstuk does not offer transportation options. The idea is to travel from YAD together with a bus to Saalbach-Hinterglemm. More information about this will follow at the end of September/beginning of October.

4. What happens if you unexpectedly have to cancel your trip?

You can cancel the trip free of charge until October 1st, and the deposit will be fully refunded. After that, the Frühstuk cancellation conditions apply as listed below. If you cancel and a replacement can be assigned, the full travel sum will also be refunded.

• No cancellation fees for cancellations up to October 1st;

• For cancellations up to 90 days before departure (exclusive) before the departure day, 10% of the full travel sum;

• For cancellations up to 60 days before departure (exclusive) before the departure day, 25% of the travel sum;

• For cancellations up to 30 days before departure (exclusive) before the departure day, 35% of the travel sum;

• For cancellations up to 15 days before departure (exclusive) before the departure day, 50% of the travel sum;

• For cancellations up to 1 day before departure (exclusive) before the departure day, 90% of the travel sum;

• For cancellations from 24 hours before departure day or later, 100% of the travel sum.

Cancellation fees are calculated on the full travel sum and also apply to the booked options.
